 At QaafCore, each product is packed with love and care. We strive to ensure you have a smooth shopping experience. However, if something doesn’t feel right, here’s how our Return & Refund process works:


🔄 Return Policy


We currently do not accept returns unless:

The product is damaged, defective, or wrong item was delivered.

The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.



To request a return, please contact us via email or DM ON INSTAGRAM with:


Your order ID

Unboxing video (mandatory)

Clear photos of the product

Once approved, we’ll arrange for a return pickup or guide you with the next steps.


💸 Refund Policy


Refunds are only issued in the following cases:


If your order is cancelled before dispatch

If you receive a damaged/wrong item and we’re unable to replace it


Refunds will be processed:


To your original payment method (online orders)


Or via UPI/bank transfer (for COD orders)



Processing Time: 5–7 business days after approval


❌ Non-Returnable Items

Please note, the following are not eligible for return/refund:

Personalized or customized items

Free gifts or promotional items


Used or tampered products


Accessories like earrings, scrunchies, or clips (for hygiene reasons)



📦 Cancellation Policy


Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After this, cancellations will not be accepted once processing or shipping begins.
