Handmade or custom pieces may have small differences – that’s what makes them unique.

3. Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment (for prepaid) or order confirmation (for COD).

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to availability or verification issues. In such cases, a full refund will be issued if payment was made.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We process and dispatch orders within 2–5 business days (excluding Sundays and holidays).

Delays due to courier partners, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control, but we will assist you as much as possible.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. (See full Return Policy)

An unboxing video is mandatory for claims.

Refunds will be issued only after the returned item is verified and approved by our team.
